As part of our comprehensive care obligation to our vent-dialysis patients, Advantage Renal Care LLC provides licensed outpatient dialysis services and board certified nephrologist services, while our skilled nursing facility (SNF) partners provide 24/7 patient care, including private rooms, semi-private rooms, specialty beds, respiratory therapy, trach care, ventilator monitoring, nursing services (RN and LVN), nutritional therapy via PEG tube, PICC line services, short and long term IV therapy, pharmacy services, wound care services, dietitian services, physical therapy services, occupational therapy services, speech therapy services, dentistry services, podiatry services, mental health services, specialty physician services, and social worker services. The interdisciplinary team develops an individualized treatment plan for each ventilator-dependant dialysis patient, with the goal of weaning the patient from the ventilator when possible. However, when weaning is not possible, we are able to care for these patients long-term as well.
